![]() One of my favorite things in the book is the addition of a "Devotion" mechanic that gives a character boons from their God of choice as long as they're following that God's commandments and values. In regards to what is inside, there's additions to (really neat!) playable races, a few subclasses, some spells, and other oddities and interests. ![]() The Greek fantasy element actually fits spectacularly well with D&D 5E play, so it's a ton of fun to use this product meaningfully. Mythic Odysseys adds a lot of themes from Greek Fantasy that were developed through the filter of a Magic the Gathering setting. Enclosed within what is likely the most impressive alternate cover art for a D&D book yet, Mythic Odysseys of Theros adds a lot of great content to any D&D game, even if you're not invested with the Magic the Gathering side of this product!
